SUMMARY:Interment for Natalie McFadden
DESCRIPTION:Natalie McFadden\, 78\, passed peacefully in her home on September 12\, 2024.  She was surrounded by her two sons and one granddaughter. \nBorn September 5\, 1946 in Long Beach CA to her Parents Herbert Lee Townes and Francis Farlow Townes who preceded her in death.  Natalie graduated from Penncrest High Schooling went on to earn degrees from More College of Art\, her RN degree from Delaware County Community College and a BS in Nursing from Neuman College. After leaving a long career at Riddle Memorial Hospital she went on to massage therapy and ended up back in nursing for several years at the DCIU school.  She loved her family\, Art and birds dearly. \nShe is survived by her sons\, Kyle and Mickey Price as well as her grandchildren\, Cheyenne\, Ella and Finn Price. Also\, by her sister Cathy Huminick and her Husband Joe Huminick as well as her Brother Mark Townes\, and his wife Carla Townes. She was preceded in death by her loving husband John McFadden and survived by Judy and Steve Murray\, Christine McFadden and their children respectfully. \nMay she be reunited with her loved ones in heaven and await those not yet there with her loving arms. \nService will be 11:00 AM at Cumberland Cemetery on Friday the 20th 2024.  Flowers can be delivered to the Cemetery Home with instructions to be placed at her family’s plot.

DESCRIPTION:John Albert Dettinger of West Chester\, remembered as a remarkable man\, a loving father\, and a dear friend\, passed away peacefully on August 2\, 2023\, at the age of 66. John is preceded in death by his wife Theresa M. Dettinger and survived by his son John A. Dettinger. \nJohn Albert Dettinger\, or as many of us knew him\, John Sr\, was a beacon of strength\, warmth\, and wisdom. His presence could fill a room\, not just with his charisma\, but with a profound sense of caring and compassion that touched each and every one of us fortunate enough to know him. \nTo his family\, he was the cornerstone of love and support. He embraced his role as a father with unwavering dedication and tenderness. John poured his heart into every aspect of his family life\, providing guidance and instilling values that will forever shape and influence generations to come. His strong and unyielding love was a beacon in our lives\, a constant source of comfort and security. \nAs a friend\, John had the uncanny ability to effortlessly form deep and meaningful connections with those around him. He possessed a rare blend of kindness\, humor\, and empathy that made people feel genuinely seen and valued. Many sought refuge in his guidance and found solace in his ever-listening ear. His friendship was not merely an acquaintance\, but a bond that lasted a lifetime. \nIn the community\, John was a pillar of support. He demonstrated an unwavering commitment to making this world a better place\, whether through acts of service\, philanthropy\, or simply lending a helping hand wherever it was needed. He lived by the belief that small acts of kindness and compassion could ripple out and create a wave of positive change\, and his impact on the lives he touched will continue to reverberate long after his passing. \nWe celebrate his infectious laughter that brightened even the darkest of days\, his unwavering positivity that lifted spirits\, and his gentle strength that inspired us to face life’s challenges head-on. A world expert in bone metabolism\, he holds several patents for popular prescription drugs.\nJim loved supporting his three daughters and became on expert cheerleading\, ballet and design as a result. He loved his 6 grandchildren between the ages of 7 and 1 and loved experiencing their milestones.\nJim was a voracious reader\, Jim was a regular at his local libraries and he could be found reading the latest Sci-Fi or David McCullough novel. He was also a big fan of college football and could frequently be heard on any given Saturday recapping the Patriot League stats for his daughters alma maters or spectating at the University Of Pennsylvania Franklin Field.BEX
